Rules

topdeals.lol is a paid public deal leaderboard for startup websites. Your payment determines your rank. There are no subscriptions and no revenue share. You pay to appear above the rest. Rank equals the bid you placed — nothing more.

How ranking works

  • New listings are whole US dollars, $1 minimum, $999,999 maximum.
  • To take the #1 spot, your bid must be at least $1 higher than the current top bid. A smaller bid will still place you on the board at whatever rank that amount can secure.
  • Each completed bid creates or updates a live listing. The total bid amount sets its current position.
  • When two bids are equal, the earlier one keeps the higher rank.
  • A checkout does not reserve a rank. The board may shift before your payment is confirmed.
  • Already listed? Enter the same URL again and raise your bid. The new total must be at least $1 above your current bid; checkout only charges the difference. No one else can pass you by paying just that difference.
  • App stores, GitHub, social profiles, and similar are not allowed. Submitted URLs containing query strings are not accepted.

What you can list

  • A startup website and the deal you are promoting. You must own or be authorized to run it, and the listing must link directly to the website. Subpages and subdomains are not allowed.
  • If you are not authorized to promote the deal, the listing may be removed without a refund.
  • Chat and invite links are not allowed — Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal, and similar. Affiliate links, group-chat links, and invite links are not allowed.
  • Links to sexual, gambling, illegal, adult, or adult-platform content are not allowed. If it is porn, NSFW, an adult platform, or illegal under United States law, it does not belong on the board.
  • URLs containing query parameters, affiliate or referral parameters, or tracking parameters are not accepted.
  • Link shortener URLs are not allowed.

Deals must be active

Only active, usable deals may appear on the board. If a deal sells out, expires, or otherwise becomes unusable, the listing may be hidden. The owner can reactivate it once the deal is active again. No refund will be issued because a deal is hidden or removed for being inactive, sold out, expired, or otherwise unusable.

After you pay

  • Your listing is public. Clicks go to the URL and deal you submitted, without query parameters.
  • A completed payment is what claims the rank. Listings normally appear or move within a minute.
  • Submitting an existing domain and path updates its bid total instead of creating a duplicate listing.

Payments and refunds

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.
  • Bid payments are non-refundable. A position change is not a refund reason; your listing remains live on the board at its new rank.
  • Listings that break these rules may be removed without a refund.
  • If something looks wrong with a payment, contact contact@topdeals.lol or @TheTinyMaker on X before opening a dispute or chargeback.

Agreement

Paying means you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including the requirement that listed projects show valid company details.
